Tuesday Evening Classes
Time: Tuesday Evenings 7:00 - 9:30 p.m.
Each semester is 8 weeks long -- newcomers welcome anytime
No advance registration required
Three sessions per year: Fall, Winter, Spring
Place:  The Falls Church
Southgate 102, across from the church on East Fairfax Street, near the 7-11

The program is Christ-centered and includes prayer and Bible study, networking, classes on practical skills such as resume writing and interviewing and classes on more spiritual areas, including "Finding God's Plan for Your Life" and "Building a Winning Attitude".

  • Design & implement your job search.
  • Set your own spiritual & job search goals.
  • Do the hard work necessary to achieve your goals.
  • Assist your fellow job seekers as you are able.

We Will
  • Provide a relevant, practical, Christ-centered program to support you in your job search
  • Provide access to computer and FAX equipment for preparation of resumes, letters, etc.
  • Provide The JOBS! Manual, a resource notebook.
  • Assist you in networking and making job opportunities known to you.

Support Groups
Support groups are part of the classes and emphasize understanding and accountability. Participants receive prayer, and individualized practical and spiritual guidance and support.

Career Resource Center
The Career Resource Center (Southgate 100A) provides access to fax, copier, and computers with high-speed Internet connection, as well as publications, daily newspapers, job postings, an career counseling as available. Volunteer opportunities exist from "being there" to building the Career Foundations Mission, our new national career ministry.
