Welcome to the healing prayer ministry at The Falls Church!  There are numerous weekly and monthly opportunities to receive healing prayer from our trained prayer teams.  Classes, Conferences, and Workshops also are available for those wishing to learn more about this amazing and wonderful ministry!

Regular Healing Prayer Opportunities

Pre-scheduled individual prayer ministry: assists those who desire long-term prayer ministry for issues related to inner healing, healing of memories, forgiveness, generational healing, release from the occult, broken relationships, besetting sins or other problems. A pre-interview is required (contact Chuck above.) Supplicants are referred to a trained team of two prayer ministers who meet privately for up to a half dozen prayer sessions. Total confidentiality is maintained. (There usually is a waiting list.)

Saturday evening and Sunday morning prayer:  follows the Saturday evening and the Sunday morning worship services, at the rail behind the altar. Lay ministers are available to pray confidentially with those who come forward and request it.

Tuesday afternoon healing prayer: for those seeking physical or inner healing, for broken relationships, family issues, forgiveness work and other type of healing. Confidential healing prayer by experienced lay ministry teams, in half hour increments. Every Tuesday, 1:30-4:00pm  Call the church office receptionist on Monday at 703/532-7600 to reserve a time slot. When you arrive on Tuesday, sign in with the receptionist and be prayed for by two lay ministers for up to 25 minutes. 

Monthly Tuesday Evening of Healing Prayer: Southgate 114. One hour of individual prayer with some of The Falls Church's specially trained prayer ministers.  We have seen many wonderful healings from this type of prayer.  If you would like prayer for physical healing, inner healing, or any other need, please contact Chuck Cook to schedule either a 7:00-8:00 pm or 8:00-9:00 pm segment. Spaces are limited; a reservation is required.

Monthly Tuesday Evening of Silent Soaking Prayer   The focus is on listening and hearing God in a quiet, worshipful, and relaxed atmosphere. Prayer ministers circulate and pray silently for you as you sit or recline comfortably on the carpet (bring a blanket and pillow). This is a wonderful way to allow our Lord to bless and heal you!
