Required documents for starting school
The following documents must be completed before your child's first day of school. In addition, all new students must provide Proof of Birth (passport, original birth certificate) by the first day of school. We cannot accept photocopies.
Upon first time enrollment, The Commonwealth of Virginia School Entrance Health Form must be filled out, dated, and signed by a doctor, in accordance to the Commonwealth of Virginia health department. Once enrolled, your child's vaccination record must be current and updated each time your child receives a new vaccination. *NEW* In compliance with new health regulations, when a child turns 2 years old during the school year, you must submit an updated vaccination form into the Day School office.

The Day School Board
The Day School Board is composed of people appointed by the Vestry of TFCE. The Board meets monthly during the school year for the purposes of setting policy. Please fill out the application and submit to the Day School office either in person or via dsadmin@thefallschurch.org.
