The ministry of lay persons is to represent Christ and his Church; to bear witness to him wherever they may be; and, according to the gifts given them, to carry on Christ’s work of reconciliation in the world; and to take their place in the life, worship, and governance of the Church.

    Adult Formation

    Buildings & Grounds

    Meeting monthly, this committee works closely with our Vestry and Facilities staff to assess current needs of our spaces and envision the future.

    Children Formation

    Meetings weekly, monthly, and for special events, our children’s formation includes Sunday lessons, monthly pizza nights for families, a “kid’s vestry”, St. Nicholas party, and more!

  • Creation Care

    We are called to care for God’s previous earth and the resources we are gifted. This new ministry is growing and features clean-up of our grounds, various garden projects, and more!

    Finance Committee

    Our Finance Committee meets monthly and on special occasions to review current financials, develop our annual operating budget, assist with payment requests, and more.

    Liturgical Ministries

    Serving in worship is a great opportunity to grow in one’s faith while meeting fellow parishioners! We are always looking for altar guild members, readers, eucharistic ministers, and more.

    Queer Faithful

    Shrine Mont Planning

    Shrine Mont is our Diocesan retreat center located in Orkney Springs. Each year the parish goes on retreat with a guest speaker and opportunities for quiet time, prayer, and more!

    Stewardship
