Exploring Faith Through The Titan’s Curse. This year, we are excited to return to the world of Percy Jackson for a Very Godly VBS inspired by The Titan’s Curse. Our Vacation Bible School is designed to help children explore God, faith, and community through storytelling, imagination, and hands-on learning. Throughout the week, children will enter Camp Half-Blood, be sorted into cabins, and take part in a full VBS experience that includes singing, skits, crafts, science activities, music, games, and intentional time for faith reflection. Using themes from The Titan’s Curse, such as courage, loyalty, belonging, and community, children will be invited to wonder together about who God is, how faith shapes our lives, and what it means to care for one another. This program centers children’s voices and curiosity. Kids will be encouraged to ask big questions, share their insights, and discover that their gifts and perspectives matter within our faith community. While inspired by Percy Jackson, no prior knowledge of the books is required. The program is intentionally designed so children can jump right into the adventure, whether or not they have attended VBS in previous years. Our goal is to create a joyful, inclusive, and meaningful experience where children feel welcomed, supported, and excited to explore faith in age-appropriate and creative ways.
