We will begin our application process for 2026-27 the first week in January. At that time, our website will reflect the 2026 application and fee schedule. Registration begins February 2.

Scholarship

A limited number of scholarships are available, but not guaranteed. The amount awarded is based on need as determined by The Falls Church Episcopal Day School Board. Please download the scholarship application form below and attach it to your application. Scholarship applications are confidential.

Parent Handbook

The Parent Handbook is available for all parents of newly enrolled students. Copies may be obtained in the Day School office or by clicking on the link below. Please refer to the handbook for the policies and procedures set by The Falls Church Day School Board.

Required Documents for Starting School

The following documents must be completed before your child's first day of school. In addition, all new students must provide Proof of Birth (passport, original birth certificate) by the first day of school. We cannot accept photocopies.

*Upon first time enrollment, The Commonwealth of Virginia School Entrance Health Form must be filled out, dated, and signed by a doctor, in accordance to the Commonwealth of Virginia health department. Once enrolled, your child's vaccination record must be current and updated each time your child receives a new vaccination. *NEW* In compliance with new health regulations, when a child turns 2 years old during the school year, you must submit an updated vaccination form into the Day School office.
