    1. Engage youth with stimulating activities to cultivate a joyful experience We believe that coming together should be a celebration. Regardless of the forum in which we gather, be it discipleship or fellowship, we want youth to love being a part of our community.

    2. Empower youth as servant leaders to support their neighbor, broaden their worldviews, and experience and understand different perspectives Diversity in the people and cultures of our world enrich our lives if we seek to understand and serve. We nurture curiosity and aim to provide opportunities to invest in the community.

    3. Build safe community and fellowship Everyone is a beautiful creation of God. Our community is a place where youth are encouraged to be fully themselves, are accepted, and know they belong.

    4. Experience Scripture in a question centered environment Scripture comes with all sorts of questions. We invite our youth to ask those questions, no matter how difficult. Grappling with these questions is an important part of developing a resilient faith.

    5. Identify adult leaders who have a calling for Youth Ministry Youth Ministry grows when more adults invest in programs and youth. Identifying the adults who have a calling to youth ministry is the first step to increase integration into the Body of Christ and investing in the continuing church.
